Marshal Auctions - Government Seized Vehicles for Sale
CARS & TRUCKS
MOTORCYCLES & BOATS
Every year, vehicles are seized by the U.S. Department of Justice and/or U.S. Courts.
Online and in all 50 states property is offered for sale to the public which has been forfeited
under laws enforced or administered by the United States Department
of Justice, its investigative agencies (Drug Enforcement Administration,
Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Immigration and Naturalization
Service, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms), and certain other
federal law enforcement agencies.
Thousands of vehicles are sold
every year through Marshal Auctions and Government Auctions, often
at low prices. The property offered
for sale in these auctions consists of a wide range of vehicles
including cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, SUVs, motor homes,
and boats.
In any auction prices will rise if there is extra interest in a
particular vehicle, but there are so many vehicles to be disposed
of that the vehicles are often sold for very low prices.
The photos of vehicles on this page are from previous auctions and these specfic vehicles are no longer available. The photos here are to just give you an idea of the types and quality of vehicles that may be available at the auctions from time to time.
Note that a winning bidder will
take title to the vehicle and possession of the vehicle immediately
upon payment of the winning bid amount. No financing is available.
You must have a valid driver's license. If you are serving a federal
sentence, you are prohibited from bidding on your own vehicle. When
the auctioneer calls "sold", the vehicle is sold, and
no late bids will be accepted.
When you become a member of MarshalAuctions.com,
you get state by state listings of all the Marshal Auctions, Government Auctions, and other auctions for all 50 states, so no matter what state
you are in you will find vehicles for sale near
you. We also include the online Marshal Auction listings and Government
Auction listings which you can bid on from anywhere.
Usually the vehicles are in good working
order, but prior to bidding you should ask the auctioneer if there
is anything wrong with the vehicle. Usually, you can also physically inspect the vehicles before you bid, up
to one hour before the auction begins. If you have any questions,
just ask the auctioneer before the auction begins.
Thank you for visiting our site, and good
luck bidding!
