 via his “UnusualAttitude” blog, that he was leaving Flight International. In a post titled “I am leaving Flight” Kieran explained he was leaving after 21 years at the publication. His future plans appear to be unclear for the moment. For more on this story go to our news page

Farnborough International launches new publication

The Farnborough

International Airshow

has launched a new

publication – FIRST

magazine. The

concept behind the

publication is to keep

the aerospace community

better informed and to add

further value to the “Farnborough experience”.

‘FIRST’ is described as Farnborough International Airshow’s brand new interactive pre-show magazine. The magazine will help keep readers up to date with all the latest show news as well as the views of some of the industry’s leading figures in a new, exciting and dynamic format that reflects the nature of the show itself.

Farnborough International will be publishing four editions of FIRST between November 2009 and the start of the show in July 2010.

Jina Lawrence has joined Aviation Maintenance Magazine, the aircraft maintenance title that covers all aspects of Commercial, General, Helicopter and Military aircraft maintenance.

 

In September this year Aviation Maintenance was acquired by Aerospace Media. Jina’s appointment means that Aerospace Media Publisher, Adrian Broadbent, has put together a team which includes European Editor, Ian Parker and Daniel Brindley, US Sales Director.
